General Information
By engaging with Saudi Shades and Tents Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. “We,” “our,” or “us” refer to Saudi Shades and Tents, and “you” refers to the client engaging with our services.
Service Agreement
All services provided by Saudi Shades and Tents are subject to a mutually agreed-upon service agreement. The terms of this agreement outline the scope of work, pricing, and other relevant details specific to the project.
Payment Terms
Clients are expected to adhere to the payment terms outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in project delays or suspension until outstanding payments are settled.
Project Modifications
Any modifications to the project scope, timelines, or specifications must be communicated in writing and mutually agreed upon by both parties. Additional costs may apply for project modifications.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, concepts, and project deliverables, remain the property of Saudi Shades and Tents until full payment is received. Upon payment, these rights are transferred to the client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business strategies, and project details.
Force Majeure
Saudi Shades and Tents shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
Termination of Services
Either party has the right to terminate the services outlined in the agreement for any reason. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiations and good-faith discussions. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through legal means under applicable laws.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any legal actions arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
Saudi Shades and Tents reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
